We ordered Chorizo, potato, egg, and bacon breakfast tacos. They are as big as my hand.. the flavor was good ( personally I would have liked more chorizo) love the breakfast salsa. I only eat their breakfast here even though they serve lunch and dinner. Everytime we come to Rockwall we stop.

I love the crispy beef tacos here, very much. Every time we come back to Texas to visit, I have to get their tacos and chicken tamales. The chicken tamales have the perfect spice to them, and the chips and salsa are amazing. My family also loves the tortillas. They are soft and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and visit again so I can get my taco fix. I also know I can get them anywhere, but I can actually eat the Rosa's tacos. I think it's because the potato pieces that are in the meat offsets the flavor of hamburger meat. I can't wait to visit again.

Was just traveling through and saw a billboard advertising the Rockwall location. Easy to get to from the awful Dallas interstate. Was pleasantly surprised at the whole place. Easy to order, got our food quickly. Everything tasted great - From the beans, taco meat, to tamale. Hit the salsa bar for some extra flavor. And do not skip the sopapillas! 8 for $3 is a steal. Served with a full honey bottle. Can't beat it.

Wonderful place to visit and sit and enjoy some good breakfast or any time of the day. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Love the home made tortillas being made in full view behind the glass. Have enjoyed weekly Saturday mornings with a local men’s breakfast for the last several years.

Great service! We showed up as a bus-load on a Saturday at 1pm and were all well fed in a timely manner. Food was great. I had a taco salad with ground beef. The shell was fresh, light and flaky. I added onions, cilantro and salsa and it was delicious! Several others at my table has the sour cream chicken enchiladas and enjoyed them. Generous amounts of chicken and soft tortillas. We also had a queso and guacamole to share at our table. The guacamole was ice cold and refreshing! The service was fast and I believe everyone received their ordered prepared as ordered. Overall, a great experience and they served a bus load of folks quality food quickly and efficiently.
